The following are our 2010 computer winners:

Essay Contest

Jeffrey Wang - Grade 5, St. Louis, Missouri for his essay What is Your Choice.
Joey Laub - Grade 6, Humansville, Missouri for his essay Why You Shouldn't Use Drugs.

Video Contest

The winner was Scott Cleveland's 5th grade class, from Elsberry, Missouri.

Links Contest

This contest was for teachers who placed a link to KidsCast on their home pages. 

The winner is Garnita Woodson from Madison C-3.

Video Contest

This contest was for classrooms that sent in videos with students promoting healthy behaviors.

The winner is the 2nd grade from Elsberry, MO for their video Don't Smoke.

Below are 2008 winners and previous:

Gus Galarnyk from Lee's Summit and Michelle Granados from Verona are the 2008 KidsCast grand prize winners. They each took home a brand new Compaq Desktop system. They also attended a community event in Columbia on April 19th called Festa Palooza. There they read their essays to the crowd. The winning essays were written on the topics of role models and the dangers of drinking and drug use. A new contest is now open. It's easy to win and maybe next time you will be reading your essay.
